Individual Counselling

End of Life Counselling

The end of life can bring feelings such as loss, regret, anger, anxiety, and fear. At the same time, it can also be a time of celebration, reflection, and curiosity; an opportunity to appreciate life’s journey, connect with loved ones, and explore meaning and legacy.

As a qualified end-of life doula I provide a calm, supportive space to express oneself and make sense of what arises. For those who are dying, this support can help them feel more at ease and approach this stage in a way that feels true to who they are.

Through gentle reflection and guidance, end-of-life therapy helps people find clarity, acceptance, and a greater sense of peace. This support also eases the emotional load for loved ones, helping them navigate difficult experiences and stay connected through grief and loss.

Individual counselling offers a supportive, confidential space to explore your experiences, emotions, and relationships at your own pace. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s feeling difficult, build on your strengths, and create meaningful shifts in how you relate to yourself and the world around you.

Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or seeking deeper self-understanding, individual counselling can help you move toward a life that feels more grounded and authentic.

I  acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which I live and work. I pay my respects to Indigenous Elders past and present on the land of the Bidjigal and Gadigal people. Sovereignty has never been ceded. It always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.
